Carrie Berman is a great cook, who is eager to share her love for Jewish culinary excellence with her JTConnect students.  She holds a BA in history from Bates College, and an MA in Teaching Social Studies from Teachers College, Columbia University.  She currently works at the Commission for Jewish Education and Leadership (CJEL) at the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford as the coordinator of educational services and young emissary program.  She has three children, Emily, Marcus and Charlotte and lives in Hartford with her husband Ron.
